Owner Manager Membership Application Download Associate Member Membership Application Download MISSION STATEMENT: The Maryland Multi Housing Association serves the rental housing industry and our communities by promoting and maintaining the highest professional standards of excellence. We provide education, information, legislative and advocacy services, enabling our members to operate successfully while contributing to the community around us. Membership Categories: Owner/Manager - Owner/management company/developer of rental property and/or rental units. Annual Dues are based on Base State dues ($420), NAA dues ($20) & a per unit charge ($1.13). Membership is for the whole company or property and is based on a calendar year (Jan - Dec). Associate - A vendor or supplier of goods and/or services to the rental properties Annual Dues are $575 per year. Membership is for the whole company and is based on a calendar year (Jan - Dec).
