MMHA is thrilled to announce a partnership with the National Apartment Association and CallSource in the launching of a universal online-based Learning Management System (LMS).

On our new system, you can sign up for MMHA’s in person courses and seminars, and take online courses and NAAEI designation classes 24 hours a day! These interactive online courses are designed to last about an hour. You can take any of the over 40 courses without leaving the office or home, and you are able to go at your own pace. Some of the courses offered are:

*Fair Housing (Spanish & English) for On-Site
*Fair Housing (Spanish & English) for Maintenance
*Prevention of Sexual Harassment Training
*Customer Service

Upon completion, you will be able to print a certificate. Each online course is worth one (1) Continuing Education Credit (CEC).
