Transcending L&D: How to take your results from learning to high performance development.
This program is for L & D executives as well as other senior level multifamily executives who are responsible for the performance of the organization’s employees. It will be led by Felicia Queen, CEO of PWRHSE and Director of PWRHSE Human Potential.
Recent years have seen a sharp rise in L&D departments in multifamily. However, there has been little support available for the leadership of these departments to implement proven methods to create high powered results.
This event is structured as a “meeting of the minds” – part education, part mastermind – to provide participants with valuable perspectives about what we are seeing with our clients as well as the opportunity to mastermind with colleagues to strengthen their organizations.
