Rental Property Owner/Manager

A company or organization that owns and or manages rental housing.

Base Due is $440 per year for companies with more than 25 units and Base Due is $250 per year for companies with 25 units or less. Additional dues are $3.07 per unit no matter what size company. (Includes a $.32 per unit voluntary Political Action Committee-PAC Contribution). 

Additionally, registrants have the option to purchase Class Pass at a rate of .63 cents per unit and STA Class Pass at .40 cents per unit.

This application is made in accordance with and subject to the bylaws and articles of incorporation of the The Maryland Multi-Housing Association, Inc. By choosing to join, I agree to abide by the Code Of Ethics of the Association. I hereby apply for membership and enclose payment for the first year's dues. (Invoices for the prorated portion of the second year's dues will be sent by November 2nd of each membership year for year two.) Any unused portion of year one dues are nonrefundable. Dues payments to the Association may be deductible as a business expense, but are not deductible as a charitable contribution.

The Board of Directors meets on the third Tuesday of each month to approve new applications.  Upon approval by the Board of Directors, new members will be notified via email. In the event of termination of membership for any reason, member agrees to discontinue use of Association's insignia, products and signs in any form. All contact information provided to the MMHA in the application may be used to contact me (address, phone, fax, email, etc.) about MMHA products and services and those of affiliated organizations.

Associate Company (Supplier)

A company or organization that sells goods or services to our members.

Dues are $675 per year ($650 dues $25 PAC contribution)

Apartment Community

Apartment communities are not technically members, the companies that manage the communities are. If you have any questions please e-mail or call April Clements at aclements@mmhaonline.org or 410-413-1389.
