"Mastering Summer Season Communication: Bridging the Gap Between Residential Maintenance Teams and Property Management."

Summer is the busiest season in residential property management. HVAC requests, pool maintenance, emergency repairs, and resident expectations skyrocket, often straining communication between maintenance teams and property management. Miscommunication can lead to service delays, frustrated teams, and dissatisfied residents.

In this engaging and practical session, we’ll uncover the biggest communication pain points during the summer season and provide tactical solutions that maintenance and property management teams can implement immediately. We’ll explore tools, techniques, and mindset shifts that promote efficiency, teamwork, and shared accountability.

11:00am: Speaker Jason Kae

"From Tundra to Rainforest: Cultivating Teams Cultures to Thrive"

Team cultures, like ecosystems, thrive—or struggle—based on their environment. In this dynamic session, explore the stark contrast between “Tundra Cultures,” where satisfaction and engagement are frozen, and “Rainforest Cultures,” where creativity, collaboration, and growth flourish. Using the T.E.M.P. and R.A.I.N. framework participants will learn actionable strategies to cultivate team ecosystems that inspire innovation, drive retention, and unlock their full potential. This session is perfect for leaders looking to create vibrant, high-performing cultures where their teams and businesses thrive.
