Desiree formerly served as the Director of Talent Development for a national property management company and has developed educational programs, and seminars that are timely, relevant, and informative. Desiree has over 25 years of multifamily experience and has a passion and innate gift for training and developing others. Desiree has presented across the country at national multifamily events, and her impact has been felt by many learners who enjoy her enthusiasm & humor. She is an NAAEI Facilitator and an active member of NAAEIs Curriculum Committee and NAAEI Education Advisory Board. She remains heavily involved with the evolution of NAA designations and its curriculum.
