"The 5 P's of Marketing" is a class that is tailored for property management professionals, with a focus on providing them with essential marketing skills. The class covers the five core components of marketing, known as the 5 P's - Product, Price, Place, Promotion and People. The class teaches how to identify the unique selling points of a property, how to price it in a competitive market, how to target the right audience and how to promote it effectively. The class also covers the importance of creating a strong brand identity and cultivating relationships with residents and prospects. By the end of the class, participants will have a deep understanding of the 5 P's of marketing and how to apply them to their property management business.
