MMHA’s Fair Housing course provides the information that enables leasing, on-site, maintenance, and executive staff to become proactive to prevent fair housing violations. It’s a must-attend for newcomers to the industry as well as experienced property management professionals.
This class is designed to provide property management professionals with a comprehensive understanding of fair housing regulations, their implementation, and the consequences of non-compliance. Principal
Letecia Rollins’ practice concentrates on landlord/tenant matters representing property management companies throughout the State of Maryland. Letecia’s responsibilities include defending landlords in all matters concerning breach of contract and civil and criminal real estate-related lawsuits.
She represents landlords in federal court, state court and administrative agencies in defense of claims filed under the Fair Housing Act.
