The Maryland Multi-Housing Association is proud to announce that The Leasing Training Academy (LTA) is expanding to Baltimore! We invite you to attend an information session where we will discuss the specifics of the program and the benefits it offers to both the community and the multifamily industry.

The Leasing Training Academy is a 4-week comprehensive training program designed to introduce individuals to property management. Upon successful completion of the program, we work with multifamily employers to help our graduates secure jobs in leasing.

Candice Manning, our Director of Workforce Development and Training and Director of the LTA oversees all things LTA and will be hosting the session to address any inquiries and to share the “why” and “how” the program is a success.
