MMHA's Empower Hour Series aims to connect a targeted group of industry professionals to learn, grow and brainstorm an industry hot topic while networking with peers.

We are kicking off this series with an event specficially tailored for Service Managers facilitated by Matt McNeely from Continental Realty Corporation on the topic of hiring maintenance professionals.

Every business problem is a people problem.  Whether you agree with that statement or not, we can all agree finding the right people for maintenance is daunting.  In fact, we could argue it’s becoming an epidemic.  With that being said, we need to find new solutions to old problems. If not, the situation will get worse – or stay bad longer.  At this networking event, we will brainstorm ideas and share best practices for hiring maintenance professionals.  Matt McNeeley, Director of Talent Management at CRC, will facilitate the discussion – but it will be very interactive.  We are in this together and the industry needs us.
