Davon Maye is currently the Capital Expenditures Manager for Southern Management Companies. He hosts nearly 21 years of experience in the residential, commercial, and boiler/ chiller plant maintenance, while holding his Maryland 1st grade stationary engineers license. Aside from his technical knowledge, Davon has served in several leadership positions over the last 10 years—ranging from Service Manager to Lead Corporate Engineer prior to being promoted to his current role. Due to his curious nature and natural inclination toward mechanics, more recently Davon has begun to share his knowledge with others as a facilitator for NAPE and other organizations that support the needs of the multifamily realm.
