What to do While Waiting: Basics of Restoration
During an emergency, what should you expect when your restoration professional arrives at your property? From the moment you make the phone call to when a service technician arrives, this window of time is critical in the full restoration process. This course will discuss steps you can take while waiting for help and what you should expect from your restoration professional’s response.
This course will also discuss the basics of Water Damage Mitigation, Fire & Smoke Response, Biohazard and will also review the basics of Mold Remediation.

As an active MMHA member, Mike volunteers with the Public Outreach Committee and Education Committee and recently joined the 2025 Service Training Academy (STA) Board of Directors. Mike also coaches a 10-12-year-old boys' basketball team, emphasizing teamwork and sportsmanship.
A Salisbury University graduate, Mike enjoys golfing, grilling, and spending time outdoors with his wife of 12 years and their two sons.
