This course will all discuss the basics of Water Damage Mitigation, Fire & Smoke Response, Biohazard and will also review the basics of Mold Remediation.

Mike is a Regional Manager with RestoreCore, focused on providing emergency and disaster solutions to the multifamily industry.  As an engaged member of MMHA, Mike likes volunteering his time with the Public Outreach Committee and collaborating with the Education Committee.  He holds Water Damage Restoration Certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and certification in Infection Prevention Cleaning & Disinfection from Clean Health Environmental.

Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to cultivating long-term relationships with his clients. Mike has a proven track record in building strong business networks, coaching & training clients, as well as delivering exceptional customer service.  He has 20 years of extensive experience in customer service and sales across various industries.  Mike is a 2004 graduate from Salisbury University - Perdue School of Business.

In his free time, Mike enjoys golfing, grilling, and spending time outdoors with his wife and two sons, supporting their many sports teams.
