On Tuesday, November 26, 2024, the Leasing Training Academy (LTA) celebrated the achievements of 11 talented individuals during the Baltimore graduation ceremony. These students dedicated themselves to mastering leasing and property management skills, emerging as confident professionals ready to make their mark in the industry.
The graduation marked not just the conclusion of the program but the beginning of promising careers for many. Impressively, seven students secured employment prior to graduation, showcasing their determination and the value of the training they received. Shortly after the ceremony, another graduate joined their ranks, underscoring the program's impact in opening doors for future industry leaders.
